DDKK Combination Seals

In high-pressure, high-temperature environments, heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders and presses are often plagued by seal leaks. Leaks and downtime for maintenance delays, increase equipment wear and costs, and disrupt the work schedule. DDKK combination seals are specifically designed for these conditions, stably adapting to high-pressure scenarios ≤45MPa. Through scientific material combinations and structure, they address sealing shortcomings and are compatible with most hydraulic equipment. The stability of seals under high pressure depends entirely on materials. DDKK combination seals utilize a combination of NBR/PTFE and PU/POM/PA materials. NBR is compatible with standard hydraulic oil and water-glycol media, and is less prone to swelling. PTFE enhances wear resistance, preventing wear on the sealing surface. It can also withstand temperature changes of -45℃ to +120℃, without hardening, cracking, or softening failure under extreme temperatures.

Combination Seal Gasket Standard: Its structural form (metal ring + rubber gasket) references the mechanical industry standard JB 982-77 (now JB/T 982-2014). Typical operating conditions are: working pressure ≤40MPa, medium is hydraulic oil, emulsion, or water. This is the structural definition of the "combination ring" and the high-pressure application background (40-45MPa).

When heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders are working, the seals must withstand continuous pressure impact and friction. DDKK's auxiliary materials for the combination ring seal are very practical. The POM and PA material support structure enhances resistance to compression, preventing deformation and leakage even at pressures ≤45MPa; the PU material ensures flexibility, adapting to operating requirements of speeds ≤1m/s and reducing cylinder wall friction.
