The sealing system of the breaker (hydraulic crusher) is of vital importance to its performance, lifespan and safety. The specific application of the sealing components involves multiple key areas. Here is a detailed classification and description of the application scenarios:
1. Sealing between the piston and the cylinder
Application location: The piston performs high-frequency reciprocating motion within the cylinder.
Sealing type: Typically uses a combination of polyurethane (PU) or rubber materials.
Function:
- Prevents hydraulic oil leakage, ensuring efficient pressure transmission.
- Blocks external dust and moisture from entering the hydraulic system, reducing wear.
Failure impact: Internal leakage leads to a decrease in impact force, increased oil temperature, and even piston jamming.
2. Accumulator Sealing
Application Location: The connection point between the accumulator and the main body of the hammer crusher.
Function:
- Maintaining the nitrogen pressure inside the accumulator and buffering shock and vibration.
- Preventing the mixture of hydraulic oil and nitrogen.
