1. When installing the O-ring, do not pull it to the point of permanent deformation, and do not install it while rolling, but put it down gently to avoid oil leakage due to twisting.

2. When installing, the opening of the sealing ring should face the pressure oil chamber. When the pressure ring compresses the sealing ring, the support ring can make the sealing ring form a shape and play a sealing role.

3. The O-rings and PTFE rings after disassembly should all be replaced with new ones.

4. If the sealing device needs to cooperate with the sliding surface, it should be coated with a certain amount of hydraulic oil.

5. When the hydraulic cylinder is installed on the main engine, a sealing ring must be added and fastened between the oil inlet and outlet joints to prevent oil leakage.

6. Finally, after the assembly is completed, there should be no sense of blockage and uneven resistance when the piston assembly moves. After the assembly of the piston and piston rod, it is necessary to try to measure whether its coaxiality and straightness on the entire length are out of tolerance. After being assembled as required, several reciprocating movements should be performed under low pressure to remove the gas in the cylinder.
