5. The sealing ring is damaged or worn: replace the sealing ring and improve the wear resistance of the sealing ring.

1. Poor lubrication: It may be possible to replace it with a polytetrafluoroethylene friction surface

2. The preload is too large: the sealing type may be changed

3. The pressure is too high: the sealing type may be changed

Three: The seal is damaged. Reasons and measures:

1. Improper or careless installation: Utilize proper techniques and tools

2. Shaft roughness: Check surface roughness and chamfering technical requirements

3. If there are abrasive particles (also manifested as shaft wear), a dust-proof seal should be used in dusty environments.

Four: Excessive seal wear. Reasons and measures:

1. Wrong sealing type or material selection: Use a more suitable sealing type according to the working conditions.

2. The pressure is too high: Use a more suitable seal according to the working conditions.

3. The temperature is too high: Use a more suitable seal according to the working conditions.
