Compared with products in the same category, pneumatic piston seals has the following advantages.
1. Performance and use
It consists of 3 parts, the upper middle is a rubber star ring, the lower is a rubber O-ring, and the middle is a filled PTFE sealing slip ring. Suitable for bidirectional sealing of reciprocating pistons. It has double safety of low friction and high elasticity, and good dynamic and static sealing performance. Large extrusion gap is allowed, and it has the function of maintaining pressure. The leakage in the oil cylinder is small, the dynamic and static sealing performance is very good, and there is no leakage. It is used for strict requirements on position or pressure maintenance and the movement speed (<0.5m/s) is not Especially fast cylinders, such as press cylinders, support cylinders, positioning cylinders, piston accumulators, etc.
The friction coefficient is small, the sliding performance is good, and there is no crawling phenomenon.
The adaptability of the working medium and the working temperature range can be changed by changing the material of the O-ring and the star-shaped ring.
Adapt to the one-piece piston, the installation groove is smaller.
Comply with GB/T 15242.1-94 and GB/T 15242.3-94 standards.
2. Materials
Sealing ring: Filled with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). According to different working conditions and sealing requirements, different filling materials and filling processes can be selected, please contact us for details.
O-ring, star ring: nitrile rubber NBR, fluorine rubber FKM. The material is determined according to the temperature and working medium of the working condition, if you are not sure, please contact us.
3. Precautions:
Ⅰ. If other parameters of the matched O-ring are qualified, the diameter of the ring is 1-2% different from the value listed in the sample, which will not affect the use.
Ⅱ. When installing, be careful not to twist the O-ring.
Ⅲ. Before installation, use tooling or hot oil to expand the slip ring, and return it to its original shape after installation.
