1. Performance and use

It is suitable for one-way sealing, can be used for reciprocating pistons, and can also be used for rotary sealing, and has good sealing performance at high, medium and low pressure.

2. Materials

Sealing sleeve: Filled with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). According to different working conditions and sealing requirements, different filling materials and filling processes can be selected, please contact us for details.

Spring: stainless steel 301, 302, 304, 316 or 718, determined according to specific working conditions, the default is 301, please inquire and explain before ordering for special working conditions.

3. Labeling method

Mark with the size of the installation groove. The marking method is:

FSK "bore diameter D" x "groove bottom diameter d" x "groove width L" – "spring material" V

For example, "FSK100×90×7.5-316V" means "V-shaped spring hole with universal plug, groove size: hole diameter 100, groove bottom diameter 90, groove width 7.5, spring material stainless steel 316.

4. Matters needing attention:

Ⅰ. The installation groove must be open or semi-open, and it is recommended to be open.

Ⅱ. If it is a rotary shaft seal, the surface hardness of the shaft should not be less than HRC40.

Ⅲ. When considering the adaptability of the working medium, the adaptability of the sealing sleeve and the spring should be considered.

Ⅳ. In principle, the groove of any size can be designed with a corresponding pan-seal ring, but please try to choose a standard pan-seal ring that satisfies the size relationship in the above table, so as to achieve the best performance.

Ⅴ, The normal groove width can only withstand pressure of 20MPa, and the groove width must be increased if it exceeds 20MPa.
