Product Description
DMS Seals hydraulic piston seals is precisely manufactured by using top-grade raw materials and advanced machines. The product has never let customers down in term of performance and durability. It is supposed to cater to all kinds of customers across the market.
1. Performance and use
DPM is a double-acting sealing and guiding element consisting of 1 elastomer, 2 retaining rings and 2 guiding rings. The elastic body can play a good sealing role both dynamically and statically. The retaining ring can prevent the elastic body from being squeezed into the sealing gap. The function of the guide ring is to guide the piston in the cylinder and absorb radial force.
It is mainly used for oil cylinders with low movement speed, strict requirements on internal leakage, and limited installation space for piston seals. Such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, hydraulic gates and agricultural machinery.
The outstanding feature of this seal is that the retaining ring, guide ring and seal are installed in one groove, which greatly saves the installation space. Usually used for oil cylinders with small bores, no other seals are required on the pistons.
Typically used for one-piece pistons.
2. Materials
Guide ring: polyoxymethylene POM
Retaining ring: TPU polymer
Elastomer: Nitrile rubber NBR
3. Precautions:
Ⅰ. Under normal circumstances, for oil cylinders with small cylinder diameters and small eccentric loads, there is no need to install additional guide rings on the pistons. If the bore diameter is large (greater than 60-70), it is recommended to install guide rings.
Ⅱ. Note that the moving speed of this seal shall not be higher than 0.3m/s.
