The gasket made by DMS SEALS is uniquely mechanical and thermally stable and it has excellent oxidation resistance. Compared with other thermoplastics, it can be applied to components such as valves and bushings, with higher wear resistance, higher mechanical properties and thermal fatigue resistance. At the same time, it has excellent oil resistance (alkane oil), heat resistance, water resistance, aging resistance, air tightness and excellent adhesion. It is commonly used in media such as water, oil, and natural gas.

It can maintain stable performance after prolonged exposure to various corrosive compounds. Due to its lack of polarity, low unsaturation, and high chemical stability, our gasket has high resistance to various polar chemicals such as alcohols, acids (acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, etc.), strong base (sodium hydroxide, oxidant, hydrogen peroxide), detergents, animal and vegetable oils, ketones and certain esters.

It is designed to have excellent aging resistance and excellent resistance to compression set and compression stress relaxation. Therefore, our gasket has significant advantages over other conventional gaskets. Its excellent materials and manufacturing process enables it to achieve effective sealing when exposed to corrosive chemicals, friction, high temperatures or very low temperatures.
