Once the packing nut is removed from the thread on the valve body, slide it over the stem to remove it.
Place the handle on the rod that does not have a fixed screw installed, turn the rod counter-clockwise until it falls off from the internal screw thread.
Remove the rod assembly by pulling out the rod assembly from the hose bib valve body.
Remove the rubber gasket seal fixing screw from the bottom of the rod assembly using the appropriate tilt screwdriver.
Remove and discard the old rubber gasket.
Use a cotton swab to clean the seat well of the rubber gasket.
The seat well is the groove where the rubber gasket seal is located.
The inner wall of the seat well groove to prevent the expansion of the rubber gasket when the frost hose bib is closed.
Install the new rubber gasket onto the seat to make sure the gasket is fully in place.
Reinstall the fixing screws of the washing machine and tighten them with a screwdriver.
Use moderate pressure when turning the washer to fix the screw until the rubber washer holds firmly on the inner wall of the seat.

Remove the hose bib handle.
Installation cream-
Fix the free hose bib packing nut on the rod and fix it on the valve body by turning clockwise.
Tighten with adjustable wrench using lock-
Clamp to support the valve body.
Install the hose bib handle on the rod and fix it with a fixing screw.
Tighten clockwise with a screwdriver, be careful not to over tighten.
Restore the water pressure to frost-free hose bib.
Open the hose bib to rinse the water supply line and close it. Check for leaks.
