Remove the piston seal from the cylinder hole slot and remove the remaining piston and seal in the same way.
Do not semi-separate the calipers and replace them only as components, the calipers installed on the front shaft must come from the same manufacturer.
Only when replacement parts of the same brand are not available can the calipers on the rear shaft be different.
Cleaning and checking 1.
Check whether there is wear or damage to the cylinder hole of the calipers, and small rusty deposits can be removed from the calipers hole with a cloth. 2.
Note: do not clean Chrome
It may cause polishing of piston surface or damage of sand cloth.
Remove the deposit with a soft yellow copper wire brush or a rough cleaning cloth, and replace the piston if the chrome surface is damaged. 2.
