Bonded seals

DMS SEALS’ s bonded seal is ideal for being applied to threaded pipe fittings and plug sealing in Metric, British and BSP systems. The seal has no special requirements for the positioning and processing techniques of the seal groove, so it is an ideal accessory for fast and automatic installation that we highly recommend. The operating temperature range is -30°C ~ 100°C, and the working pressure is less than 39.2 MPa. It is commonly used in a hydraulic oil medium.

Sealing performance over conventional O-rings is achieved by reducing particle generation, extending seal life and minimizing replacement time during preventive maintenance. Compared to traditional O-rings, this seal effectively reduces the number of dust particles generated during operation and extends the life of the machine with bonded seals installed. The seal has a working diameter range of 6.5 to 60.58mm.

It adopts the most ideal design and improved sealing performance and can minimize the high strength of local stress. This type of seal is designed to simplify installation and reduce particle generation. Moreover, it can be quickly and easily installed and removed to facilitate hardware assembly.
