The automatic transmission oil ring is mainly used for components such as AT, CVT, DSG, etc. automotive gearboxes, slider solenoid valves.

The gearbox's oil ring (also known as the Teflon ring) is a key component in gearbox state transitions. The function of the oil ring is to isolate the transmission oil that is sealed in different pressure zones and to ensure proper operation of the slide valve. The working environment of the oil ring of the automotive gearbox is harsh with frequent load changes, high operating temperatures and high pressures. Therefore, we have strict requirements on the performance of oil ring materials, which must be guaranteed by the selection of special materials and strict manufacturing processes.
